Why Order 100,000 DVDs of a Movie for Outreach?

Because it Works!!!

Recently, a ministry based in Canada, committed to purchase 100,000 DVDs of our latest movie, The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry, to give away as a ministry tool. They wanted to get this movie into the homes of non-believers in hopes that the message of the film would minister to all who saw it. Movies are powerful and the enemy has used them to tear down our society. The LORD can use them to build His Kingdom!

Entertainment is a "god" of this country and a big problem every Bible believing church and Christian faces today. Secular entertainment has blinded us to the things of God and dulled our desire to live and hear from Him.

Search the top 500 shows on televison and not one of them will mention or glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. Yet, the LORD gives every person involved with those shows their every breath.

Less than one percent of all the movies produced please the LORD when EVERY film should please the LORD. Christians spend countless hours watching all sorts of sordid programs on televison,. They watch movies in theaters that overtly blashpheme the name of the LORD (although we pretend not to hear it). They view Hollywood's offerings weekend after weekend that totally go against the Word of God.

And we wonder why we have no power of God's Spirit or annointing on our lives?

Here, my friends, is where the battle rages. Revival will NEVER come to our churches until we turn away from the god of secular entertainment. NEVER! We, as a people, have become lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God. (2 Timothy 3:4). Unless we can find a way to turn this around, we are going to continue to be weak and fruitless Christians.

Normally, when Hollywood does something the church doesn't like, the church complains about it. This is playing defense. Let's go on the office and advance the Kingdom of God. Instead of complaining about Hollywood, lets extol films that the LORD is raising up and use these as tools to minister to the body of Christ and to evangelize our communities. More and more churches are showing movies as alternatives to their own flocks and as community outreaches. Millions of people have made commitments to the LORD as a result of watching a Christian movie. Multitudes more have been encouraged in the faith.
